People drive processes and systems in an organization, which makes them an organization’s great source of competitive advantage. My passion in effective people management and development is rooted in the pivotal role people have in the competitiveness of an organization.
An experienced Organizational Development practitioner, I am fascinated by the inherent ability that people (and organizations) have in finding solutions to their own problems. I enjoy facilitating the solution finding-process; moving people from a place of ignorance or ambiguity to a place of enlightenment/empowerment and clarity, then helping them to envision and create the ideal future that they desire.
I have enjoyed the advantage of designing and managing executive leadership development programs, diversity management programs, and global HR/OD processes while working with a leading international humanitarian organization, as well as in the corporate world working with a leading 5 star airline in the Middle East.

Authenticity and resonance are key to successful leadership. I believe it is possible to embrace all that you are and create your own path to success. A portfolio career encompassing a number of interrelated areas has allowed me to develop the skills to use motivational and executive coaching, challenging consultancy, leadership training and inspirational dialogue to support leadership development and stimulate behaviour change in organisations and individuals. The key themes that run through all that I do are conscious leadership, mindful interaction and transformational behaviour change.
I am fascinated by how we work, as individuals, as professionals, as teams, as organisations; the value of a strong sense of self, of well-being and of achievement; and the plasticity and creativity of the human mind that allows us to change our perspectives, modify our behaviours and re-chart our futures.
I have a PhD in Psychology and an MBA from Cranfield. I have lectured in Psychology, Sociology, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Business to undergraduates and postgraduates, and designed and delivered a wide range of development and transformation courses to professionals, executives and leaders.
I work between behavioural psychology and behavioural economics, delivering business behaviour change architecture and solutions. I am partner in a company focussing on leadership development and skills for women in business. I am an executive coach combining the softer aspects of coaching with practical solution-focussed approaches such as NLP and CBT. I also do pro bono consultancy work on Creativity in Business and Change Management for small social enterprises and local charities.
